COOKIES POLICY

1.- WHAT ARE COOKIES?.
Cookies are activity files that allow 3INA to know the activity carried out by you, as User, and that have the purpose of establishing metrics on the use of the same and the most visited contents, commonly known as "the user experience".

2.- TYPES OF COOKIES.
According to different classification criteria, cookies can be classified into the following types:
According to the issuer of the cookies:

Own cookies: are those that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the editor itself (3INA, in this case) and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
Third-party cookies: are those that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
According to the life cycle of the cookies:

Session cookies: these are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave the website. Therefore, none are recorded on the user's hard drive. The information obtained through these cookies are used to analyse traffic patterns on the website. In the long run, this allows us to provide a better experience to improve the content and facilitate its use.
Permanent cookies: these are stored on the hard drive and our website reads them every time you make a new visit. A permanent cookie has a specific expiration date. The cookie will stop working after that date. We use them, generally, to facilitate the purchase and registration services.
According to the purpose for which the cookies are used:

Technical cookies: are those that allow the user to browse a web page, platform or application and use different options or services that exist in it, such as controlling traffic and data communication, identify the session, access restricted access parts, remember the elements that make up an order, perform the purchase process of an order, make the request for registration or participation in an event, use security elements during navigation, store contents for the dissemination of videos or sound or share content through social networks.

Personalisation cookies: are those that allow the user to access the service with some predefined general characteristics based on a series of criteria in the user's terminal, such as the language, the type of browser through which the user accesses the service, the regional configuration from where he or she accesses the service, etc.

Analysis cookies: are those that allow the person responsible for them to monitor and analyse the behaviour of the users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through these types of cookies is used to measure the activity of the websites, application or platform and to create navigation profiles of the users of such websites, applications and platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the data relating to the use made by the users of the service.

Advertising cookies: are those that allow management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the editor has included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency with which the ads are displayed.

Behavioural advertising cookies: are those that allow management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the editor has included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on the behaviour of users obtained through the ongoing observation of their browsing habits, which makes it possible to create a specific profile to display advertising based on such behaviour. It is also possible that when visiting a website or when opening an email where an advertisement or some promotion about our products or services is published, a cookie is installed on your browser that subsequently helps us to show you advertising related to the search you have carried out, control our ads in relation, for example, with the number of times they are seen, where they appear, what time they are seen, and so on.

3.- LIST OF COOKIES USED BY 3INA:

NAME SERVER FROM WHICH IT IS SENT PURPOSE

3INA will make its best efforts to update this list as soon as possible depending on the new services that are incorporated into the website. However, occasionally during this update it may be that the list does not already include a cookie, although it will always refer to cookies with purposes identical to those registered in this list.

4.- LIST OF COOKIES OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
In particular, third party service providers from whom we have contracted a service for which the use of cookies is necessary are:

PURPOSE PROVIDER NAME DESCRIPTION MORE INFORMATION
Analytics Google Analytics Real-time information on the website’s traffic. Duration and frequency of the visit, country, region, type of device, reference origin and search terms that have led to the website. Website pages visited, searches performed and purchases made (anonymous information).

Microsoft Bing/Yahoo Information about the ads that have been shown to a user within the advertising network of Bing and its partners (Yahoo and AOL), about those that interest you and about whether you visit our website.

5.- SOCIAL NETWORKS.
Finally, we inform you that social networks also collect information about the content you share on them through their own cookies. 3INA has absolutely no control over the activity of these social networks. However, we remind you that all of them have their own privacy and cookies policies. As an example, below we give you the links to the legal documents of the four social networks in which we facilitate you to share our contents through buttons, so you can be informed:

6.- OUR RECOMMENDATION.
If you wish, you can disable our own cookies. However, if you do, it is possible that some features may not run correctly or browsing may be more difficult. Therefore, we recommend that you keep them activated and, only if you wish, that you delete them when exiting the Platform.

A. How to delete cookies after browsing our Platforms.
If you use Google Chrome, access the option "Clear browsing data" on the "History" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use Firefox, access the option "Clear history" on the "History" menu. A pop-up menu will appear in which you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use Internet Explorer, access the option "Delete browsing history" on the "Tools" menu. A pop-up menu will appear in which you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use the Android Chrome browser, access the "Security and privacy" option on the "Settings" menu. A pop-up menu will appear in which you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

As you can see, the procedure is very similar in all browsers, so if you use a browser other than those mentioned, you will not find it difficult to find the function to erase data from cookies. You can also configure your system to delete all cookies automatically at the end of the browsing session.

B. How to disable cookies before browsing our Websites.
If, even after reading the previous recommendation, you still want to disable the cookies, you can make your computer or device not store our cookies. Here's how to do it:

If you use Google Chrome, go to the "Customise and control Google Chrome" menu (usually in the upper right corner, just to the right of the address bar), click on the "Show advanced options" link and click on the option "Content configuration". You will see the options available for cookies.

If you use Firefox, go to the "Tools" menu (usually on the menu bar, just above the address bar), click on "Options" and click on the "Privacy" tab. You will see the available options.

If you use Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" menu (usually in the upper right corner, just to the right of the navigation tabs), click on the option "Internet Options" and, on the pop-up menu, click on the "Security" tab. You can choose one of the security levels pre-established by Microsoft or customise your own level of security.

If you use the Android Chrome browser, go to the "Settings" menu (usually in the upper right corner, right to the button to open a new tab), click on the "Security and privacy" option, and on the pop-up menu, you can choose to accept cookies or not.

If you use any other browser or platform, the process is very similar. In the help menus of each of them you can find the relevant information.

C. More information about the operation, use and management of cookies
In addition, with your browser you can start a private browsing session so that your system does not store unwanted information on your hard drive.

You can even see all the cookies that your browser stores on your hard drive and, if you wish, delete them one by one.

Finally, you should be aware that most browsers inform you as to how to avoid accepting new cookies, how to get notified of the receipt of a new cookie and how to disable cookies completely. If you want to know more about how cookies work, we recommend that you check out the "help" that is displayed on the toolbars of your browsers (for example, if you press F1 on Windows computers you will also access the help).

If you want more information about cookies, you can see the “Guide on the use of cookies” prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7.- COOKIES POLICY AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY.
Remember that the Cookies Policy is part of the Privacy Policy of 3INA.

8.- MODIFICATION OF THE COOKIES POLICY.
3INA may unilaterally modify the Cookies Policy, in the event that there is a change in current legislation, case law doctrine or internal criteria. Any change that is introduced in this policy will be published at this very address.
